3581023 - The delegatee cannot view the Other's Rating Tab in a copy of performance reviews for completed delegation

Delegatee cannot view the Employees' evaluation or comments (Other's Rating Tab) in a copy of performance reviews for completed delegation.   

Details: 

Delegatee accepts the delegation request and opens the form. Here, delegatee sees Other's Ratings Tab and comment of employee on the goal. Delegatee completes the form and send it to the next step. At this point, delegation period is still valid, when delegatee opens the form once again,  delegatee cannot view the Others rating tab and comments in a copy of performance form. 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Form is at the step where delegation is required
2. Navigate to Delegation Management and create request
3. As delegatee go to Settings > Delegation and accept request > open form > see that Other's Rating Tab with employee's comments is visible next to each goal 
4. Complete the form and send it to the next step 
5. Now in Delegation Page open the form again > see that comments and tab is missing in the copy of performance reviews for completed delegation.

Correct behavior is that the delegatee will be able to view a copy of performance reviews for completed delegation requests in the Delegation Page. The copy will be a snapshot of the review as it was when they last had access to it. Please see more information in KBA 3525071 Delegation for Performance Reviews Feature Overview
