3581033 - dev_icm trace flooded with aborted communication attempts to SAP HostAgent HTTPS port 1129

Symptom

SAP Cloud ALM setup has been done in the ABAP On Premise system and in dev_icm or dev_webdisp traces, the following error are displayed:

  • SSL handshake failed SSSLERR_PEER_CERT_UNTRUSTED
  • Peer's X.509 certificate (chain) validation failed (missing trust?)
  • The chain of certificates is incomplete or untrusted, missing certificate

 OR

  • SSSLERR_SERVER_CERT_MISMATCH (-30)
  • Server certificate not valid for supplied TargetHostname
  • Server certificate does not match supplied TargetHostname
