3581229 - Share folder with NUC path cannot be selected as download directory in SUM UI

Symptom

The download directory is located in a share folder, it could be accessed without issues at OS level with a NUC path(\\hostname\folderName) in Windows server.

But it cannot be selected in SUM UI in the phase SCAN_DOWNLOADDIR. In the popup dialog for file/folder exploring, only the folders with local drive IDs(such as C: and D:) can be listed.
