3581281 - SE16: How to change display of fields from 'Field Name' to 'Field Label'?

Symptom

By default, the columns in the tables shown in SE16 are displayed as field names (i.e. the technical name of the field). This KBA helps to change them to field labels (i.e. the description of the field).
