3581304 - "Null" value is excluded by the filter set in Custom CDS View

Filters are set in the Custom CDS view, but "Null" or empty values are excluded by the filters accidentally.

Condition can be explicitly used on the existence of null values in both, the form based as well as the expression based filter.

In the Form-Based filter, operator "Is Null" and “Is Not Null" can be used.

In the Expression-Based filter, Expression like "I_BusinessUserBasic.BusinessPartner is null" can be used.
