3581311 - Competencies Mapped to Position-Based Job Profile Not Displayed in Growth Portfolio

When Competencies are mapped to a Position based Job Profile they are not showing on the user's Growth Portfolio.

Competencies need to be mapped to a role, not position. The Growth Portfolio can pull only Role-based competencies not Position-based.

To verify whether the competencies are mapped through a Position, you can check the user's assigned position:

1. Go to Admin Center.

2. Navigate to Position Org Chart.

3. In Search By, choose people.

4. Search for the user.

5. Review the Position assigned to the user.
