3581314 - After BCP data into Primary, data still replicates to Standby without doing rule validation - SRS

• BCP data into table on Primary, where table has rules on some columns.
• BCP in finished smoothly and there was no error during the process.
• However, when data replicates to Standby, DSI went down with below error:
