3581340 - Responsive Rules does not work when multiple Responsive Rules are defined on a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Responsive Rules does not work.
• When resizing the browser window, the Responsive Rules set are not respected.
• When applying multiple Responsive Rules to a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud, not all the Responsive Rules apply when resizing the browser window.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.6

1. In SAP Analytics Cloud, create a Story.
2. At the bottom of the Story, for the option "Device", select a screen size.
3. In the Builder pane, on the right, set the Responsive Rules for specific widget. Like set a different Height.
4. At the bottom of the Story, for the option "Device", select a different screen size.
5. In the Builder pane, on the right, set the Responsive Rules for specific widget. Like set a different Height.
6. When viewing the Story in Edit mode, the Responsive Rules works as expected.
7. Open the Story in View mode, and resize the browser window. Notice the Responsive Rules does not always apply.

• Browser zoom level was not set at: 100%

• SAP Analytics Cloud only support browser view set at 100%
      
• Also Note: It is possible to use the browser developer tool to simulate the Responsive Rules in a browser, but note that while this is helpful to get a preview, it is neither guaranteed to be 100% accurate, nor a supported way of using a Story.
