Symptom
- Integrated webgui application into SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition (BWZS) per document Integrating Business Content.
- When modify "SAP GUI for HTML Settings" from BWZS like following images, the change is not persisted. Upon opening application again, the change gets lost. When do the same change via direct URL of ABAP system (bypassing BWZS), no such issue.
- When simulate issue and capture network trace via browser developer tool, could notice following kind of requests end with 'Finished' status:
If choose the request, then will notice the "Request URL" starts with wss/ws like following image:
From the 'Console' tab of browser developer tool, could see log:
