3581416 - Error while updating or creating of the Worker data

Symptom

During worker replication from SuccessFactors to S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the following errors appears

  • Business Partner Role Code is mandatory for creation.
  • Workforce person does not have active job details 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Job Details in Work Agreements are Inactive. At least one Job details of a work agreement should be active.

Resolution

Change the status of the job details to active and replicate the worker again.
