3581515 - SAP Cloud Connector - Circular Redirect Error

Symptom

  • The SAP Cloud Connector fails to establish a connection to the backend server due to a CircularRedirectException.
  • The following error message is logged in the ljs_trace.log or scc_core.trc (after version 2.17.0) file: org.apache.http.client.CircularRedirectException: Circular redirect to backend server's host URL.
  • The backend server status in the Cloud Connector logs is displayed as "not reachable".
