When checking the payroll dashboard, the following alerts are raising:

• Financial Company Mapping -> Map The Legal Entity to a Financial Company
• Invalid Cost Center -> Validate The Cost Center: *

Even if the mapping is already done under Fine Tuning -> Country Selection -> Employer Mapping

SAP SuccessFactors Payroll

1. Go to Payroll Dashboard for the relevant payroll area
2. Check the Alerts
3. The following errors are displayed:
   1. Financial Company Mapping -> Map The Legal Entity to a Financial Company
   2. Invalid Cost Center -> Validate The Cost Center: *
4. Go to Fine Tuning -> Country Selection -> Employer Mapping
5. The mapping is already done

The validity dates of the Financial Company are not correct.

Ensure that the Financial Company file upload configured through:

1. Manage Data Imports
2. Scenario: Financial Company

Has got the appropriate validity dates, and there are no gaps with the Legal Entity configured in EC.

If the financial company A is configured with validity dates: 01-01-1900 to 01-01-2000, and the Legal Entity mapped to validity date is the following: 01-01-1990 to 31-12-9999, the error displayed is correct, since there is no mapping definition from 02-01-2000 to 31-12-9999.

To reconfigure the financial company entry, upload the proper entry through Manage Data Import -> Scenario: Financial Company, re-execute payroll for those employees affected, and retest the scenario.
