You have cancelled a Purchase Order (PO) ABC, but you can still find a task related to this PO.

However, this task cannot be completed from your side.

SAP Business ByDesign

• Work Center Purchase Requests and Orders
• Purchase Orders View
• Use the filter "Open Tasks"
• From here we can see a task related to the PO ABC
• "Revise Purchase Order ABC"

Sometime, a task related to a canceled Purchase Order (or other documents) will stay stuck in the system and cannot be actioned due to a synchronization/communication issue in the system.

Please create a new case and provide us with the authorization to remove this obsolete task from the back end.

Our Technical Support Team will remove this obsolete task.
