3581577 - There is no Lower Level Node Alignment option under Hierarchy setting in the Custom Analytical Queries application

If preview a Custom Analytical Query, we can find that there is the option "Children Above Parent" under Hierarchy - Lower level Node Alignment in the menu list after right clicking the mouse. However, when navigate to the Hierarchy setting under the Custom Analytical Queries application, there is no Lower Level Node Alignment option.
