3581609 - Compliance Form for Canada Signature displayed as "null null" - Onboarding

Upon being properly signed the Canada compliance form can occasionally display the signature as "null null"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. External candidate completes overall Onboarding process
2. After reaching signature step for compliance and upon completion the forms for Canada displays the signature as "null null"

The specific cause could not be determined as this problem happens randomly as the system fails to catch the signature first name and last name.

A code fix was added with a null check to prevent users from signing with null first/last name or the system to capture as null.

A internal record OBX-37600 was created to make code fix, which will be released in B2505 version on April 14th for Preview and on May 16th for Production.
