3581613 - Organize UI Queries for Specific Business Users

You have a requirement to define queries used in work center views for specific users. For example, a user may need a certain query to be set as the default, while other users may need a different query as the default.

Business Users are able to create and modify certain aspects of standard queries (for example, which query is the default) through the Organize Queries button in the advanced filter section of most work center views.

Changes made using this option will be applied only to the respective user.

In this document, we will take the Sales Orders view:

1. Click on the Sales Orders work center.
2. Enter the Sales Orders view.
3. On the top-right side of the screen, click on the filter button. This will open the advanced filter.
4. Click on the Organize Queries button.
5. The system will list all queries available for the work center view.

Here the user is able to define which query will be set as the default, as well as define which queries will be automatically executed when selected from the dropdown list (not requiring the user to click on "Click here to execute the query").
