3581739 - Error: "The user doesn't have permission to access the requested resource" appears when creating a model based on an S/4HANA in SAP Analytics Cloud.

When attempting to create a model based on an Import Data Connection to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the following error occurs:

"The user doesn't have permission to access the requested resource."

• SAP Analytics Cloud

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Login to SAC.
2. Create new model and select "Start with data".
3. Select "SAP S/4HANA" in the "Select a data source" window.
4. Choose the connection name and click "Next".
   >> Notice the following error occurred: "The user doesn't have permission to access the requested resource."

• The communication arrangement "SAP_COM_0065" is being used.
• "SAP_COM_0065" is designed for live connections and is not suitable for import connections.

• This service is necessary for SAP Analytics Cloud to retrieve the OData service list.
