3581908 - Error "Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier.Exception" while opening ESR/IB objects

Symptom

You are facing the bellow error when trying to open ESR or IB objects after you enabled the https communication in the system.
Error: Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY
    lost. Detailed information: Sending request to
https://host:por/rep/containeraccess/int?container=any
    and receiving response ... FAILED! Message is: Unable to open SSL
    connection to host "host:port". Peer certificate
    rejected by ChainVerifier.Exception
