3581920 - Multiple BCC Emails Create Multiple Tickets

Symptom

You have configured the Custom Mime Header to handle BCC Email Channels in C4C. However, when sending an email with multiple Email Channels in BCC, 1 Ticket is being created to each Channel.
Your expectation is that one Ticket is created with both Emails within it.
