Symptom
You will get Permission denied error under the below conditions:
- A stored procedure owned by a non-DBA user.
- Some tables owned by someone other than the stored procedure owner is used within the stored procedure.
- The stored procedure owner has not suitable permission for these tables in the stored procedure.
