3582031 - Introduce the Onboarding Tutorial Series for building your Mobile Development Kit Client

The SAP Mobile Development Kit product team has created a series of tutorial videos for our customers and partners, walking you through the onboarding process listed below.

Option1: Build Your Mobile Development Kit Client Using Cloud Build Service

The five steps covers this topic:

• Generate required configuration to build the MDK client
• Compress your .mdkproject (Required for a customized client)
• Configure device platform signing profile in Mobile Services
• Create a build job in Cloud Build service
• Install/download binary

Option2: Build Your Mobile Development Kit Client Using MDK SDK

The five steps covers this topic:

• Run MDK Dependencies Installer
• Installing the SDK dependencies
• Create your .mdkproject folder
• Create the MDK Client
• Run the MDK Client

The BrandedSettings.json and mdkproject are used in creating a branded client and separate from the metadata in BAS.  We have the tutorial which you can review to create your .mdkproject folder and upload to Cloud Build.
