Symptom

  • Facing trouble when trying to access CPQ quote directly or via SAP Commerce in Safari browser.
  • The issue does not occur on Windows OS.

  1. Ensure the use of the latest version of Safari.
  2. For SAP CPQ to function properly, cookies and JavaScript need to be enabled for all browsers.
