3582122 - Login not possible after upgrading to 2211.37

• Access Denied error message is displayed when attempting to login.
• The issue is not limited to Backoffice but also extends to other parts of the SAP Commerce platform like hAC, Smartedit etc.
• Following exceptions can be found in Dynatrace for request to j_spring_security_check:
