3582141 - Columns look misaligned in Trend Portlets in New People Profile

After Latest People Profile is enabled, the columns look misaligned, spacing between columns is not equal in Trend Portlets in Performance & Goals Tab.

1. Go to the Homepage
2. Go to My Employee File
3. Go to Performance and Goals
4. Go to any cards e.g Performance Assessment card and click on 'View All'
5. See that columns are inconsistently aligned, some seems to be aligned on the left and others on the right. 

This is current system design which is based on the standard pattern: Date and Rating are aligned to the right, Rating Label is aligned to the left, and other columns are aligned to the left. Based on this alignment pattern, the spacing between columns is not the same.
