3582189 - Multiple Errors being received by Users when trying to move Candidates or open Applications in the Latest Workbench

Symptom

Users are intermittently receiving the same 2 Applications errors when they either try to move Candidates or open Applications in the Latest Workbench.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Users try to move a Candidate to a certain status in the Latest Workbench
  2. Or the User tries to open Applications in the Latest Workbench.
  3. Occasionally they will get the 2 mentioned errors below;

Error #1:
internalMessage=Failed to GET "Application information" metadata.
errorMessage=Input 'undefined' mismatches required type of parameter appStatusSetItemId
name=Error
code=BadArgument


Error #2:
internalMessage=Failed to GET "Profile information" metadata.
errorMessage=Input 'undefined' mismatches required type of parameter statusId
name=Error
code=BadArgument

Cause

The cause is currently unknown at this time.

Resolution

The Engineering Team has fixed the issue and it will be available:

for Preview Environment on 22nd July, 2025

for Production Environment on 24th July, 2025
