Symptom
Single sender is enabled on the instance, but when checking on correspondence section in candidate application, the sender is "dummy@sap.com"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Access Recruiting tab;
- Open one job requisition
- Select “view all candidates”
- Select any candidate.
- Click on “Correspondence” section, at the mail title
- You see the “from” of the email, as dummy@sap.com – However, you have a single sender enabled.
Resolution
As it turns out, the behavior with the email you configured in a single sender not showing up in the correspondence audit is expected. Our Product Management team is currently evaluating these for incorporation into future updates.
