3582308 - CI-DS Odata connection fails with Zscaler error message

Symptom

A CI-DS OData datastore connection test fails with the following error message:

Test failed for the default configuration 'XXXXX' of datastore: 'XXXXX':
AdapterException: Unable to connect to <Odata_endpoint_URL>. Error : Unable to connect to <Odata_endpoint_URL>. Error : IOException in connect Error : IOException in checkstatus Error : Unable to connect, response code: 502 and response message is: Bad Gateway and error message is: <html><head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head><body><h1>DNS error</h1><p>DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist)<br><br>Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly.<br></p></body></html>java.io.IOException: Unable to connect, response code: 502 and response message is: Bad Gateway and error message is: <html><head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head><body><h1>DNS error</h1><p>DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist)<br><br>Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly.<br></p></body></html>
