3582429 - Request to change SFTP Username for SAP SuccessFactors

If you need to update the username for your SFTP account, please follow the guidelines outlined below: 

1. Submit a Case/Ticket: Open a case or ticket using the category LOD-SF-PLT-FTPS. (Check the KBA: 1296527 - How to create a support case for SAP Support.)
2. Provide Essential Information. Ensure the following details are included in your request:

• SFTP Account Old Name: Specify the existing username.
• SFTP Account New Name: Indicate the desired new username.
• SFTP URL: Provide the URL associated with your SFTP account.
• Business Justification: Please explain why this username change is required to your company.

   3. Support Ops Team Process: The Support Operations team will review the request and proceed to update the account username.
   4. Post-Update Actions: Once the SFTP account is updated, you need to update all the integrations using the SFTP account.
