3582465 - Storefront Loading Failure Post-CDN Migration: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Symptom

Following the update of the CDN host path configuration as part of the CDN migration, the storefront fails to load correctly. Static content does not load properly, leading to a broken storefront experience. The new Azure FD configuration is unable to support the loading of static content. The associated error message displayed is:

  • "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process."
  • ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
