3582477 - Difference in the Memory Reduction After the Data From the Memory Offloaded to Warm Storage in FP04 Using NSE

Symptom

There can be a mismatch between the memory freed and the volume of data transferred when moving data from Hot Tables to Warm Tables in NSE.
In some cases, the memory released is significantly smaller than the size of the data moved.

For example, the freed memory may be up to four times less than the transferred data volume.
