3582515 - Missing Work Agreement Entries in Employment Details Report

You are using a report that is based on data source Headcount (HCMPAB01), however only a single line is displayed for an employee's work agreement.

In this scenario, we will use the standard report Headcount as an example:

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Enter the Design Reports view.
3. Search for report Headcount.
4. Click on the report name to open it.
5. Set up a selection according to the required data.
6. Click on the Apply button.
7. Navigate to the View section of the report.
8. Setup the report display as required.

Here it is possible to see that the report only lists one work agreement entry for the employees.

The data source Headcount (HCMPAB01) contains internal dependencies which may cause data to be filtered from the reports using this data source.

In case an employee has more than 1 work agreement with the same organization assignment and job, and this employee is terminated, the data source will fetch only the most recent work agreement to be displayed in the report.

The system works as expected.
