3582570 - IBP: ODP source returned error: <E: MESSAGE - Source /IBP/XXXXXXXX not found, not released or not authorized

Symptom

A CI-DS task is created to integrate key figure data from ECC (S4) to IBP by referring to a pre-delivered IBP CI-DS template. (For example IBP_KF_S4_ERP_AddOn)
However, the task failed with:
ODP source returned error: <E: MESSAGE - Source /IBP/OPEN_ORDERS_REV_KF not found, not released or not authorized. MESSAGE_V1 - /IBP/OPEN_ORDERS_REV_KF.> 

(/IBP/OPEN_ORDERS_REV_KF is only an example, the similar error may happen to different extractors.)
