3582631 - Unable to hide the "comments" column in the "Jobs Applied" portlet in the Redesigned Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

The "comments" column is showing in the Redesigned workbench even though the option "Enable Comment Visibility on the Jobs Applied Portlet” in Manage Recruiting Settings is turned off and even the "comment" field is completely de-permissioned and deleted from job application template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.

1. Go to Recruiting->Job requisitions.
2. Open any job requisition.
3. Switch to latest applicant workbench.
4. Click on any of the candidates.
5. Click on Applicant history (Jobs applied)
6. The "Comments" column is visible even after removing permissions from Job application template.

The engineering team have fixed this issue and the fix will be available in 1H2025 release. Release dates are as follows:

• Preview: 14th April, 2025
• Production: 16th may, 2025
