3582670 - Preview functionality for OData V4 service binding does not show any entry - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ABAP Environment

• Using the service binding preview functionality in ABAP Environment
• Previewing a OData v4 service
• Filtering does not work in the preview functionality
• The list does not display any data.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ABAP Environment

1. Open the ABAP Environment in development system.
2. Go to service binding.
3. click on entity.
4. click on preview.
5. No data is displayed

5. Use the filterbar to filter the data.
6. No data is displayed

The issue is caused by the fact that in the response there are two entries with the same key. The OData v4 specification states that the key properties must be any unique combination.

1. Check the preview for service binding.
2. Identify the entries with the same key in the response.
3. Use a unique combination of the key properties or delete one of these entries.
