3582710 - SAP Business ByDesign 2502 Hotfix Collection 2 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 2 performed in 2502 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 15^th of March 2025. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Centre.

Analytics

• Fixed the issue where the expand and collapse hierarchy characteristics in the “ACCOUNT_HIERARCHY_Q0001” report were not functioning correctly in languages other than English. (Hotfix ID: 1000033344)

HTML5 Client (not for Cloud for Customer)

• The flickering issue with the OVS input field, which occurred when F4 was pressed after auto-completion has been fixed. Now the pop-up now opens and remains open without closing automatically. (Hotfix ID: 1000032873)
• Fixed the “Recent searches” issue, now recent search works for other languages in addition to English language. (Hotfix ID: 1000030595)
• The additional confirmation dialog for the reject button has been removed for non-approval processes. (Hotfix ID: 1000034120)

Countries

• The Region Code has been deleted for Canary Islands. (Hotfix IDs: 1000033014 & 1000033991)

 

Customer Relationship Management

Sales Price List

• Data Extraction objects "FLEX_PRICE_LIST_1" and "FLEX_DISCOUNT_LIST01" are not providing customer-specific price and discount list. Hence both extraction objects have been removed. (Hotfix ID: 4500026594 & 4500025917) 

 

Financial Management

Cross-Country Extensions

• The customer is unable to create output XAF file of Netherlands Audit Report. (Hotfix ID: 4500019979)
• The NL audit report indicates that customers can't create XAF files. (Hotfix ID: 1000032097)
• The Document Numbering GAP report displays missing documents for companies based in countries other than France. (Hotfix ID: 1000030949)
• The FDEI file has been added to the customer requested fields. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 1000030694)
• You can create a SAF-T report for companies whose registration number length exceeds 10 digits. (Hotfix ID: 1000030992)

Cross-Country Components

• The employee can take the Holiday mentioned in the Holiday Calendar of Germany Berlin. (Hotfix ID: 4500027012)

Tax Management

• You can view the 2025 Monthly VAT Return form with the form boxes filled. (Hotfix ID: 1000032386)
• The Form box 67 will be filled with values with the new 2025 template, when you run the Monthly VAT Return for Germany. (Hotfix ID: 1000032274)
• A journal entry (JE) will be created without any errors for the new logic during the withholding tax scenario, which involves partial clearing. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 1000033571)

 

Supply Chain Management

Inventory

• In the BYD2411 shows Inconsistent behavior in the automatic assignment of inventory tasks to folders. (Hotfix ID: 1000033493)

Site Logistics Task

• The Source Logistic Area was previously shown automatically only for the first line item in the pick task screen when there were multiple line items. This issue has been fixed, and now the Source Logistic Area appears for all line items on the pick task. (Hotfix ID: 1000032883)

 

Supply Relationship Management

Purchase Requests and Orders

• When invoices are canceled or voided, the status of the PO item changes to "Manually Finished." The expected item status is "Not Invoiced."  (Hotfix ID: 1000033081)

 

Human Resources

Time and Labour Management

• A note has been added to the generic email content in the reminder email to approvers and explaining how to get the task details. (Hotfix ID: 4500028320)
• Previously, the preview of Time Administration -> employees view in SAP Business Bydesign system is getting the runtime error. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500024836)
• In Business Configuration, if "Encryption and Signatures for E-Mails" is scoped, you'll receive detailed information such as project tasks, leave requests, and sales. If it's not scoped, you'll receive emails with generic information that doesn't include task details. (Hotfix ID: 1000031277)
