Enabling Cloud Foundry failed. The landscape operator has limited the
maximum allowed Cloud Foundry Runtime quota on cf_eu10 to 0 units.
Please reduce the Cloud Foundry Runtime quota to 0 in the given
subaccount or choose a different region.
