3582889 - Creating Alert To Notify Both HOME And HOST Manager Of Change In End Of Global Assignment

You have an employee who is on Global Assignment, and you wish for the Managers of both the HOME and the HOST Assignment to receive the Alert notification regarding the change of the end of their Global Assignment (e.g. 'User X's Global Assignment will end in X days').

1. Log in to environment
2. Go to the employee's Global Assignment profile
3. Take Action > Manage Global Assignment
4. Edit the 'Planned End Date' of the Global Assignment to another date which will trigger one of the EC Alerts to be sent (e.g. 7 days, 30 days, 60 days after today, depending on your configuration)
5. Save the change
6. Trigger the 'EC Alerts & Notifications' job
7. You expect both the Home & Host Managers to receive the EC Alert based on your configuration, but only the HOST Manager is receiving the Alert

This is current expected behaviour of the system, as when you edit the 'Planned End Date' of the Global Assignment, only the Global Assignment profile is being edited - the HOME Assignment profile is not being interacted with during this transaction, and so the HOME Assignment's Manager details cannot be determined by the system to send the Alert to the HOME Manager.

This is current expected behaviour as the HOME Assignment is not being accessed / involved during the Global Assignment's end date change.
