Symptom
- A request was made to convert an instance into a golden instance.
- The URL for the desired instance was provided and a reset for the tenant was requested.
- The request clarified that by reset, it was meant a fresh instance, deleting all existing content.

- Request a Golden instance as per HCM Cloud Operations Portal
Resolution
- The support team does not manage the portal in question, therefore it's out of scope
- Partners need to align with partner support - partner@sap.com team
