Symptom

  • A request was made to convert an instance into a golden instance.
  • The URL for the desired instance was provided and a reset for the tenant was requested.
  • The request clarified that by reset, it was meant a fresh instance, deleting all existing content.

Resolution

  1. The support team does not manage the portal in question, therefore it's out of scope
  2. Partners need to align with partner support - partner@sap.com team
