3583013 - The inbound process for <BankAccountIDLong> is not functioning as expected

Symptom

-- not release as the resolution should be verified --

When Ariba system sends a long ID for the bank account ( greater than 18 characters ) via the <BankAccountIDLong> segment in the payload. It is observed that the long bank data does not convert to BANKN (Bank Account Number) and BKREF (Reference Details).  (at least rule for China bank accounts is into reference field BKREF).
