When opening a Sales Quote assigned to an inactive Account and copying the Quote, error messages "You can't use business partner 12345 (ABCDE) because its status is 'Not Active'." is displayed. (Where 12345 is the Business Partner ID and ABCDE is the Account name).
The problem is that despite the error shown, users still can create a Sales Quote for an inactive Account.
