3583033 - "No data available" when viewing Application Information from the Latest Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

When accessing Application Information in the Latest Applicant Workbench, the message "No data available" is displayed. However, when switching to the Legacy Applicant Workbench, the fields are displayed correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. View a candidate application from the Latest Applicant Workbench.
2. The message "No data available" is displayed under Application Information.
3. Switch to the Legacy Applicant Workbench and observe that the fields are displayed correctly.

The field permissions for Multi Stage Application are defined in the Job Requisition template, but the feature is not enabled.

To turn on the Multi Stage Application feature, follow instructions in the implementation guide Enabling Multistage Applications.
