3583055 - Different result in TFC_COMPARE_VZ/FAGLF03 when Fiscal Year is blank

Symptom

The report TFC_COMPARE_VZ (transaction code FAGLF03) is executed without specifying the Fiscal Year. No error message or differences are displayed in the output of the report. However, when TFC_COMPARE_VZ is executed by specifying the Fiscal Year, error/differences are displayed in the output.
