3583105 - Error in Standard CPI STP Package - No Message Found in Store ATO

Symptom

  • While pushing message via the iFlow "Data submission for STP reporting" in the standard package "Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting - Australia", the messages display a status of completed. However, the log file from CPI tenant contains an error: "com.sap.esb.datastore.MessageNotFoundException: No message found for id in store ATO". 
  • A similar error is observed for the iFlow "Receiving Response for STP Submission", despite the message showing a completed status after pull.
