SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
In Post General Journal Entries app, “net entry” checkbox is not selected automatically.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to Post General Journal Entries app and find that “Net entry” checkbox is not selected.
Resolution
If the expected behavior is that the “net entry” checkbox is selected automatically in Post General Journal Entries app(F0718), then select the “enter net amount” checkbox in “Edit Options for Journal Entries - My Settings” app (App ID F2130).
After refreshing page and accessing Post General Journal Entries app, the “net entry” checkbox will be selected automatically.
