3583180 - [Known Error] The system does not load the new version compliance form for rehire whose employment type is ROOE after the previous version one has been completed - Onboarding

• A Rehire With Old Employment (ROOE) candidate completed and signed the compliance forms, but these completed forms are not showing on Onboarding Documents.
• The overdue previous version compliance form can be seen on the Onboarding Dashboard and the to-do tile on the Candidate's homepage.
• The overdue previous version compliance form has been completed, but the latest version has not been triggered.
• The system indicates a pending compliance task under To-do, but no task is displayed on the details page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. ROOE rehires found the overdue compliance form in the to-do tile.
2. Rehires complete and sign their compliance forms.
3. The latest version compliance forms do not appear on the dashboard >> Onboarding Documents .
4. The previous version compliance forms appear on the dashboard >> Onboarding Documents .

• "Rehire With Old Employment" will reuse the previous user ID generated in the first hiring process.
• In the first hiring process, the candidate did not complete the compliance process, then in the rehire process, the previous unfinished compliance process that was associated with this user ID will appear.
• When the compliance form was completed during rehire process, the system will update two compliance processes(first hired process and rehire process) to completed status at the same time.

The issue will be corrected in the 1H 2025 (b2505) Release. Release dates can be found on SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.

Workaround:

Please be sure to complete the compliance task in time.

Currently we do not support to trigger the new version compliance form individually for the improper user handling.

The only way is complete the form offline and then upload it directly.
