3583307 - Application in the Latest Workbench triggers error 403 RCM_ERR_CODE_STATUS_VISIBILITY_MISSING - Recruiting Management

When selecting an application in the Latest Workbench the user is facing the error below:

Error #1:
internalMessage=Failed to Get Application Header Info
errorMessage=Service /rest/recruiting/application/gave 403
status=403
externalMessage=You do not have an Application Status Visibility

Error #2:
internalMessage=Failed to Get Application Information data
errorMessage=You do not have an Application Status Visibility

code=RCM_ERR_CODE_STATUS_VISIBILITY_MISSING

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Select Job Requisition
3. Click on an application and receive error 403
4. Notice that the same application is only visible in the Latest Workbench

The application was saved in the candidate profile as a Draft but it is not yet submitted, it is only meant to appear in the job requisition after the candidate applies for the job.

A patch to address this issue is scheduled for deployment to preview environments on March 25th 2025, and to productive environments on March 27th 2025. We recommend validating this one day after deployment to allow for deployment throughout all Data Centres.
