3583374 - Inconsistency in Language Displayed in SuccessFactors in Teams

• An issue was observed with the translation of tasks from the Home Page and other features of SuccessFactors in Microsoft Teams App.
• Languages appear mixed and it is not clear what is the logic behind this is.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Microsoft Teams App

1. Open Teams App in your mobile
2. Open the application SAP SuccessFactors in Teams.
3. Observe the language mismatching.

The language displayed mixes the one configured in SuccessFactors and the one set for MS Teams (with is the default configured in your mobile). 

In a nutshell, the locale settings in Teams are divided into two categories:

1. Some texts follow the Teams locale setting.
2. The rest follow the locale setting of BizX.

Typically, users have the same locale for both Teams and BizX. However, if users who have this setting still see texts in unexpected locales, it's important that we investigate these instances individually.
