Symptom

  • During the replication of business partner from SAP S4 HANA Public cloud to SAP Sales Cloud and Service cloud V2 system, an error is encountered.
  • The error message is "ID type XXXXX does not exist." and the error code is "sap.crm.common.commonMessage.idTypeCodeValueDoesNotExist".
  • This error occurs when the businessPartnerIdentification field contains the identification type "XXXXX".
