While attempting to purge a user using the DRTM tool, an error occurs: "DRTMMasterLMSGroupObjectType 500 - Deletion of the user failed because of the only approver in an approval process

1. Attempt to purge a user using the DRTM tool.
2. Error received "DRTMMasterLMSGroupObjectType 500 - Deletion of the user failed because of the only approver in an approval process" is prompted.

• The user who is being purged was previously an approver for an approval process.
• This user is no longer assigned as an approver as the user was removed as an approver. 
• There is currently no approver for approval process which is causing the error during the purging process.

• To resolve this issue you will have to add a new approver.
• Once you add the new approver you will then be able to purge the user successfully.
