Symptom

  • When attempting to access SAP Enable Now (SEN) directly through SAP Companion, users are not being authenticated.
  • The issue does not occur when users log in to SEN first.
  • An error message saying "refused to connect" is displayed when trying to access the content through SAP Companion.
